　　党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为总书记的党中央把振兴足球作为发展体育运动、建设体育强国的重要任务摆上日程。习近平总书记多次指示要下决心把我国足球事业搞上去，李克强总理高度重视足球等体育事业和体育产业工作，国务院多次专题研究部署，我国足球改革发展迎来了前所未有的大好机遇。
